Read all the details for our hogs here, $50 deposit will reserve the hog with the balance due when the hog is ready for processing in Fall 2020 (Late September or Early Novermber). We are providing 2 different butcher dates, allowing us to butcher half of the hogs in early September and the other half in early November.
You’ll pay the butcher their processing fees, likely $120-$150 depending on the weight and your processing choices (curing hams and bacon, etc.).
If you let us butcher we will deliver the meat to your directly 2 weeks after processing. OR You’ll pickup at the butcher, either at their main shop in LaPorte at Sims Meats. Packaged pork is ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after processing begins.
